Peter Lemongello
Relive the magic of “Love ‘76” at Peter Lemongello’s first New York show in 8 years. Performing all of the fan favorites from his historic album, including the hit “Do I Love You,” Peter’s show also has some surprises in store.

Peter’s story is like no other. His dream of becoming a star was so big that he made it happen all by himself. Not waiting around for a record company, Peter figured out how to finance and shoot his own TV commercial which he flooded the airwaves with throughout the tri-state area. It worked. Overnight, it made him the star he had always wanted to be. He would go on to sell over a million and a half albums and sell out venues like Madison Square Garden, Avery Fisher Hall and Carnegie Hall in a matter of hours. People like Tony Bennett called him “a future Sinatra.” And, he was featured in Time, Newsweek, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and Newsday among others.

Peter would tell you that all he was trying to do was just sing - but the fact is he made history and people still talk about it to this day. With that self-made commercial, he became the first artist ever to sell music on television…and this was way before MTV, VH1, BET or QVC were even an idea in someone’s mind.

Now, he’s finally back and the wait is over for his many loyal fans who’ve been asking and hoping for this.

With a forthcoming documentary arriving in the not too distant future, this will be one special night.

…and the beginning of a whole new chapter for Peter.

Opening for Peter is comedian Mike Mariano. Mike has performed in every major comedy club, theatre, casino and event center from New York to Los Angeles and around the world. He’s been featured on numerous talk shows with his cutting edge take on everyday life and his Italian family roots.
