Join us for a unique opportunity to be part of the studio audience at this intimate conversation with legendary Genesis guitarist and Rock & Roll Hall of Famer, Steve Hackett. We’ll talk about his latest live album and new DVD set, ‘Wuthering Nights,’ including classic songs from Genesis, GTR and more, plus his new tour. Featuring a long-form interview, short acoustic unplugged performance, opportunity for audience questions and a meet & greet.

Steve Hackett will be interviewed by author and journalist Brad Tolinski The event is part of the BackStory Events online series and will be live streamed by Guitar World magazine.

About Steve Hackett:

Steve Hackett is renowned as an immensely talented and innovative rock musician. He was lead guitarist with Genesis as part of their classic line up with Gabriel, Collins, Banks and Rutherford, that produced acclaimed albums such as ‘Selling England by the Pound’ (a favourite of John Lennon). With Steve's extraordinary versatility in both his electric guitar playing and his composing, he involves influences from many genres, including Jazz, World Music and Blues.

Steve's latest live album "Wuthering Nights" has just come out, and he'll be touring North America in February with his show "Steve Hackett - Genesis Revisited, Solo Gems & GTR Tour de Force!" It involves top favourite Genesis songs like “Supper's Ready,” celebrates the fortieth anniversary of his album ‘Please Don't Touch’ and for the first time in over thirty years he'll play the big GTR hit, "When the Heart Rules the Mind.”
