A musical journey through unforgettable films from “America America," "The Godfather," "Pulp Fiction" to "Zorba The Greek" and Melina Mercouri’s Academy Award winning “Never on Sunday.”

This will be Anastasia's return concert at The Cutting Room after last year’s successful performance with a special band of American and Greek musicians playing classical hits with a modern twist.

This concert will be a charity benefit event for “The Loukoumi Make A Difference Foundation”


Anastasia Zannis is a unique Crossover Classical singer, who has solidified her position in the international music scene through performances at the world’s premier institutions, both as a solo performer and in co-operation with world-renowned artists.

Anastasia’s concerts are an extension of her personality, based on supporting human values and rights. She has delivered sold-out personal concerts at Carnegie Hall - New York, Bucharest, Tokyo, London, Seoul.

She has also participated at world-renowned concerts such as the Jose Carreras philanthropic Gala, Classic Nights in Dresden with the Warsaw Symphony Orchestra and composer Stefanos, and performed the opening act for Emma Shapplin’s concert.

She was selected to perform the American National Anthem in front of US President Bill Clinton, NYC mayors Michael Bloomberg and Bill de Blasio, the US National Basketball team and for the JFK human rights foundation.

Anastasia’s awards include: Best Performance Award (World Trade Fair, Seoul, 2008), 3rd Prize Performance Award (Cesme Song Festival, Turkey, 2009), Olympic Committee award for contributions to the Olympic Games (2014). She is a member of the Olympic Torch Relay Committee and the performer of the Olympic Anthem.
She is featured in varied discography such as: Buddha Bar Collection (Cover to Lorena McKennit’s “Tango to Evora”, “Circle of change”), Medecins du Monde folksong “Tzivaeri”, Mark Almond’s cover on “The Days of Pearly Spencer” and her live album at the Pallas Theater.
