Nashville To New York is an evening of hit songs and the stories behind them. It is hosted by Hall of Fame songwriter Gary Burr and hit songwriter Georgia Middleman. When not performing solo, this husband and wife team also tours as Middleman Burr and as two thirds of the new, critically acclaimed group Blue Sky Riders along with Kenny Loggins.

Every Nashville to New York show features Gary and Georgia and two of their amazing songwriter friends, brought to the big city to entertain and thrill you with their songs and their tales of show business. Gary is a Nashville Songwriter Hall of Fame member, ASCAP, Billboard and NSAI Country Songwriter of the Year. He’s had fifteen #1 hits and has written songs recorded by Faith Hill, Garth Brooks, Carole King, Ringo Starr, Reba McEntire, LeAnn Rimes, Christina Aguilara and Ricky Martin, Kelly Clarkson, Joe Cocker and many more. Gary is a member of the group Blue Sky Riders with Georgia Middleman and Kenny Loggins.


Formerly with Giant Records, Georgia is now an indie recording artist who has had her songs recorded by Keith Urban, Kenny Chesney, Faith Hill, Reba McEntire, Joe Nichols, Martina McBride, Sheila E., Radney Foster, Maia Sharp, Mark Chestnutt, Sarah Buxton, Terri Clark and many others. She recently had her song “When The Right One Comes Along” featured on the ABC hit TV show “Nashville.” Georgia is one third of the trio, Blue Sky Riders with Kenny Loggins and Gary Burr.


J.T. Harding was born in Nashville but raised in Detroit. While other kids were on the baseball field, J.T. was in his basement jumping around to MTV and trying to write his own songs. He put together several bands in high school then moved to Los Angeles to pursue his dream J.T. made his first demo tape with prize money he earned by winning the TV game show VH1 Rock N Roll Jeopardy. He has written several chart topping hits including the 3 million selling “Smile” with Uncle Kracker, “Somewhere In My Car” with Keith Urban, "Somewhere With You" for Kenny Chesney and superstar Blake Shelton's number one song “Sangria.”


One of Britain’s most prolific songwriters, Roger Cook moved to Nashville in the late 70s and continued his string of hits. In 1997 he became the first Englishman to be inducted into the Nashville Songwriter Hall of Fame. His hits include “You’ve Got Your Troubles” by the Fortunes, “Long Cool Woman In A Black Dress” by the Hollies, “Talkin’ In Your Sleep” by Crystal Gayle, “I Believe In You” by Don Williams and the legendary ad jingle “I’d Like To Teach The World To Sing” which went on to be a massive pop hit in its own right.
